Swolenormous X is Fitness WITHOUT the bullshit.

Swolenormous X delivers trainings, programs, yoga classes, instructional videos, masterclasses and MORE, to cover ALL aspects of your fitness.

There is programming in Swolenormous X designed for all levels. In fact, some of the content is marked based on it's difficulty and experience level.

Swolenormous X is designed to give you the tools to progress your fitness more efficiently.

Most fitness "pros" create cookie cutter training routines and diet plans that don't really TEACH you anything.

"They" cater to that impulse purchase to "get in shape" where as Swolenormous X builds discipline around safe and effective training to get you maximum results and improve your overall quality of life. 

The smartest thing you can do is to listen to your body. I can assure you, that whether you're a newbie or advanced, my content will push you to the next level. 

Don't forget, not only have I trained thousands of individuals, I trained other personal trainers and gym facilities on HOW to train for years

The 90 Day Dash is the main program structure of Swolenormous X. It has "90" in the title because that's how long the program regimen cycle is. 

This is a concept in fitness that we call "periodization." It's the process of shorter, focused attention on one or a few areas to get a desired result. 

The 90 Day Dash focuses on stabilization, mobility, strength endurance, hypertrophy (muscle building) and active recovery over the course of the 90 day period.

Plus, using the additional workouts from the program vault and virtual trainer, each time you go through the 90 Day Dash, you will be advancing your training protocol :)

If you've seen any of my content, you'll know that I tailor programs and trainings to each individual, background, and body type.

But, your results are 100% up to YOU.

It's your job and responsibility to make sure that you follow along and listen to the variations, tips, tricks, guidances, etc., throughout the training programs.

It's also very important that you read through the Terms & Conditions BEFORE purchasing any product from Swolenormous, LLC.

Personally, I record new training content dailyHowever, finalizing and processing takes a little time to edit, design, upload and present the content.

So, this means that we drop new content every month (and often weekly!) to keep you on top. There is an "updates" tab in your main menu where you will be able to view ALL the changes made to the site.

In addition, there are notifications for members in the Live Chat window (bottom right) when your new content goes live! How cool is that?
